This wonderful 2nd floor apartment, Montreal style exterior walk up, has a private entrance. The main room has new White Oak wood floors and an area carpet with a sound reducing under pad. We do not cook meat or chicken in the house but do cook eggs and cheese having said that you are welcome to reheat meats in the microwave, and have a fully equipped kitchen. We participate and recycle everything as per city of Toronto guidelines and leave you instructions for this efficient system. You will enjoy lovely views of gardens from the windows and entry way landing into this Edwardian home bachelor suite. This quiet apartment is in a vegetarian non-smoking property. This Beautiful clean space has 2 screened opening windows as well as a window in the door that opens onto a landing. 14' by 12' main room, bathroom 9'X7', Total space is 20' by 18'. Walk in closet with drawers. Galley kitchen: Stove with oven and Fridge with Freezer.  This home has just added a solar thermal unit to heat the water in addition the hot water supply is charcoal filtered. There is No indoor bike Parking/storage.

The Annex, is nestled in the center of the city, & boasts of treed and house lined streets a great residential city neighborhood, safe & fabulous for walking to Yorkville, movie theatres, shops and restaurants a location. Convenient for getting around with only 5 minutes walk to 3 TTC subway station hubs: Spadina & Bloor, St George & Bedford & Dupont.
